SHIPPING & HANDLING

When purchasing SNOO, you can choose your ship date.

Most customers choose to have SNOO delivered about a week before their baby is due. However, we understand babies do not always arrive as planned! If you want to change your ship date, please contact Customer Care.

We offer free UPS standard shipping for SNOO orders within the EU member states and Switzerland! Standard shipping for accessory orders weighing 0.00 - 2.00 kg will cost 9.35 EUR. For orders weighing 2.01 - 19.99 standard shipping will be 15.00 EUR. You can expedite orders weighing more than 20 kg for 75.00 EUR. Expedited shipping for accessory orders weighing 0.00 - 2.00 kg will cost 20.00 EUR, while orders weighted 2.01 - 19.99 kg will cost 25.00 EUR.

Unfortunately, due to the size of SNOO, we are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5 business days after the product has left the warehouse. Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days after the product has left the warehouse.

Happiestbaby.eu can only ship to addresses in the member states of the European Union and Switzerland. SNOO is only authorized for use in the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland. The original purchaser is not covered under warranty for a SNOO used in other locations.

We also sell select products in the US at happiestbaby.com, Australia at happiestbaby.com.au, the UK at happiestbaby.co.uk, and in Canada through Indigo, Well.ca and West Coast Kids.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

You may cancel your order by filling out this simple form following our Terms of Sale Cancellation Policy and Return Process.

If you are the original purchaser of a Happiest Baby product (with the exception of digital products, which are not eligible for return) and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. (Products other than SNOO, which has a 30-day trial, must be returned in original condition.) You can initiate a return by clicking here.

All products must be returned within original packaging. 

When shipping for return, it is very important to carefully pack your SNOO in the original box + inserts to better protect the product from damage during transport.  

Return standard shipping is FREE for SNOO when it is sent back within the 30-day trial period. For returns on other products, your card will be charged a 7.50 EUR return shipping fee for each package.
