Given this is a caring nurturing product at a premium price, I found the website tone of voice and all communication to be transactional and without warmth. There is little advice and the encounter is without flexibility or relationship building with customer. This is atypical of the category and so jarred somewhat.
This could be a much better experience if there was some consumer empathy.
I was buying this as a gift - and it was specifically requested, Otherwise I would not have persisted but would have gone to a brand with better marketing / online /ecommerce and who seemed to genuinely care about the customer / parent / baby.
My request got lost the first time. It took the effort of the receiver to get the cards.
